How do I enroll in a course?

After signing in, click the Enroll or Buy button on the course page. Free courses are immediately accessible.

Is a certificate of completion issued?

Yes. After completing all chapters and quizzes, a certificate is issued and downloadable from the student panel.

How do I contact the teacher?

From the Messages section in the student panel you can chat directly with the teacher.

Is a refund available?

A full refund is available if you have watched less than 20% of the course and within 7 days of purchase.

Can I watch courses on mobile?

Yes. Neura is fully responsive and accessible on all devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop — without installing an app.

How do I become a teacher?

Contact Neura support or fill out the teacher application form. After approval, the teacher panel is activated.
